Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original velvet display box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
